Who we are

Live Transfers Verified operates the website livetransfersverified.com and provides screened final expense live transfer calls to licensed insurance agents and agencies. We are a lead generation service, not an insurance company, agency or broker.

Information we collect

When you submit our order form we collect the information you enter: your first and last name, phone number, email address, the states you are licensed in, the number of transfers you are ordering, any reference you provide and any comments or delivery instructions. We also record the date and time of submission and the IP address the submission came from.

If you make a payment, card details are entered directly into fields hosted and secured by Stripe. We never see, receive or store your full card number. Stripe returns only a payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card for reconciliation. Stripe processes this data as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Call recordings

Calls between our screeners and prospects are recorded for quality assurance, compliance verification and dispute resolution. Recordings are retained for the period required to support carrier and regulatory review and are released to a buyer on request in connection with that buyer transfers.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies necessary for the site to function, including session cookies set by WordPress and any cookies set by Stripe to secure the payment process. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.

Retention

Order records and correspondence are retained for as long as needed to service your account and to satisfy legal, tax and compliance obligations, and are then deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Contact us using the form on our contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and access to submission data is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
